- Synopsis
- Several musical episodes make up this film-magazine in which Del Carril tried to merge his two great passions: cinema and tango. By summoning the most representative of the Buenos Aires show business of the period, the film transcends its original character and becomes a true document. It contains the best cinematographic intervention of Aníbal Troilo, accompanied by Roberto Grela, in an anthological episode entitled "El patio de la morocha". It also includes the only film recording of Julio Sosa, singing "El firulete". Curiously, the filmmaker used cartoons to join the different sequences.
