- Young Zoe already has four little children. Their father has disappeared and Zoe raises them in disgraceful poverty. When an ex-boyfriend surprisingly returns to the town, Zoe, who has not dated in years, tries to appeal to him at any cost. A hyper-realist, edgy, delightful and clever film. Won the Oscar for Best Short Film in 2003.
