Synopsis

After the impact of the French May 1968, in the Barcelona of that year, Aleix Farràs (F. Viader), a university student with a rebellious attitude and very interested in the recent revolutionary movements, maintains a relationship with Renata (Marta May), a waitress in a nightclub. When Renata begins to alternate with Mr. Molina Costa, a pro-Franco politician, Aleix decides to take advantage of this circumstance and plans his assassination as a response to the repression of the regime. Once the 'contestation' is consummated, the corpse is discovered, but the police have no clues. A discovery by Aleix's father, Dr. Farràs (Jordi Torras), makes him begin to suspect his son, with whom he shares neither values nor ideas and whom he sees as capable of any barbarity. The film had many problems with censorship and could not be fully released until Franco's death. Years later, the director himself presented another version dubbed into Catalan and with some changes in the editing. (FILMAFFINITY)
