"We chefs thought we could change the world and we have". This is a reflection by Joan Roca referred to in the documentary helmed by the gastronomic journalist Cristina Jolonch and the creator of the Film & Cook festival, Verónica Escuer. Great figures of the Spanish culinary avant-garde, including the chef at El Celler de Can Roca, recall how they influenced the world with their passion for reinventing cuisine from absolute freedom and creating a new language.
