Synopsis

An apartment construction company encounters the problem that an owner (Manolo Escobar) does not agree to sell them the land in an area where they have just started to build a complete urbanization in La Manga del Mar Menor. If they don't get the signature, the whole project will fail, so they decide to send someone (Concha Velasco) to convince him to sell the land.
