- Synopsis
- Just a few days after recording the orchestral album, A Little Touch of Schmilsson In The Night, Harry, along with arranger & conductor Gordon Jenkins and a 39 piece orchestra reconvened in front of cameras for this 1973 BBC Special. It's all here: the fearless Harry, coming off the irreverent Son of Schmilsson, casually crooning live in front of an orchestra; the legendary Gordon Jenkins, who earned his status arranging for the likes of Sinatra, and some of the finest compositions from the 30s and 40s. It's a sight to behold.
