Synopsis

In 1651, Louis (the future Louis XIV) is a young teenager. Faced with the imminent Fronde, his mother, Anne of Austria, decides to smuggle him out of the country to protect him and replaces him with a double. D'Artagnan entrusts the protection of Louis to Cyrano de Bergerac, who hides him among the theatrical company of Madeleine Béjart and Molière. While Madeleine and Cyrano discover a shared passion for the young Molière, Louis discovers life and its pleasures, art and work, courage and strategy: everything that will make him the Sun King.
