Synopsis
The documentary reviews the history of the athlete Michael Johnson from his origins in Dallas (Texas) to the present day. We delve into the history of an athlete who made history by smashing world records and achieving the unprecedented feat of winning Olympic gold medals in the 200 and 400 meter races at the same championship (specifically in Atlanta 1996). When he retired in 2000, to live in San Francisco with his wife and son, he had accumulated 18 gold medals in major championships. He himself, his entourage and his adversaries (such as athletes Ato Boldon and Frankie Fredericks) review the career of an athlete who now faces a reality he had not foreseen: surviving a stroke.
