Que alguien ate al "director" de esta película a un árbol y no lo suelte jamás. Todo lo genial y original del argumento se lo carga metiendo elementos cada vez más absurdos (ver spoilers). Hay quien llama a esto "surrealismo" pero os aseguro que para esta película han corrido ríos de droga de la dura.
El manejo de la cámara es bueno. La sorpresa inicial de la historia es perturbadora. Incluso los créditos minimalistas apuntan alto. Pero me jode que en los descansos del rodaje el tío se fumara peyote y le diera por (spoilers)

meter limusinas parlantes, un tío que va comiéndose los dedos de la gente y que mete a Eva Mendes en una alcantarilla y casi le saque el ojo, etc., etc.
Imágenes en blanco y negro que vienen a cuento casi tanto como la casa funky de los simios. En serio, me jode porque contar una historia de actores "to the max", la hipérbole de la actuación donde los personajes no pueden morir, como en las películas me parece una idea original y que merecía ser contada de otra manera.
