Los directores Pierre Coffin y Chris Renaud, crean una atmósfera amena y distendida, gracias a un guión sencillo y bien ejecutado, el protagonismo que tiene los minions, recae las escenas más divertidas, donde el resultado es un nuevo icono para la masa infantil y no tan infantil, ¿quien no quiere uno?, Gru es junto a su nueva compañera Lucy, la parte edulcora de una película AMABLE
