Entretenida comedia apoyada en un gran reparto donsse sobresale un McConaughey excesivo y una Garner deliciosa formando una pareja con verdadera química. Muy divertida sobre todo en el primwer "fantasma" pero que se desinfla con el paso del metraje mientras va haciendo sensiblona y moralista.
