Drama. Mystery

Dirigida por Alfred Hitchcock. Basada en la novela homónima de Daphne du Maurier.
Debo confesar que no es la mejor película de Hitchcock, ni de asomo. No le llega ni a los talones a Vértigo, que siendo sinceros mejor film en su estilo no existirá jamas. De todas maneras, es una gran película, quizá un poco sobrevalorada ya que fue la única de este director que ganó dos premios oscar.

Lo bueno de la película es el comienzo, versos plasmados en la voz en off de la segunda esposa (Joan Fontaine); también el final, que dando un vuelco de 180° salva al film de perderse en algo aburrido (a la mitad de la película me dio sueño). Si me olvidé de algo fue lo genial de Hitchcock que hace que un personaje el cual nunca vemos sea la protagonista y este presente de alguna forma en la trama. Lo malo es que las actuaciones de la pareja Winters son muy planas, no creíbles, sin gracia.
