Cars 2 da un giro importante respecto a la primera película, va enfocada a un público mas general ya que el uso de armas y la historia de los espías americanos le da un punto más de espectáculo a la historia, me gustaría destacar la innovación de Disney en crear ciudades reales con nombres ficticios, como Porto Corsa, basada en la ciudad de Mónaco.
