Emotiva historia sobre la vida de un recién llegado al nuevo continente. Puede llegar a hacerse un poco larga. Contiene algunas conversaciones bastante chistosas y otras que llegan a sacarte de quicio (que es, de hecho, lo que pretenden). Contiene escenas que pueden resultar un poco duras (sentimentalmente hablando) para el espectador, agravadas por una genial interpretación por parte de Armin Mueller-Stahl.
