Duro y realista documento sobre el impacto de la II Guerra Mundial en una ciudad como Nápoles. Cavani destila la obra de Malaparte y nos presenta como protagonista principal la propia ciudad y su particular idiosincrasia. Demoledora y didáctica, magnífica cinta.
