Correcta adaptación de una novela de Stephen King, pero perjudicada por su duración y sobre todo repetitiva en cuanto a la historia. Buen papel de por entonces una angelical niña Drew Barrymore, con un mayor protagonismo que en "E.T", acompañada por otros efectivos actores como David Keith, Martin Sheen o George C. Scott. Se puede ver, sobre todo si eres aficionado a las novelas del rey del terror.
