Ray Ferrier (Tom Cruise) is a divorced dockworker and less-than-perfect father. Soon after his ex-wife (Miranda Otto) and her new husband drop off his teenage son Robbie (Justin Chatwin) and young daughter Rachel (Dakota Fanning) for a rare weekend visit, a strange and powerful lightning storm touches down. Moments later, at an intersection near his house, Ray witnesses an extraordinary event that will change all their lives forever.

Esta película ES la película sobre extraterrestres que estaba esperando.. y el mago que la ha hecho posible no podía ser otro que Mr Spielberg... Asombrosa, inquietante, emocionante... Fabulosa puesta en escena de un clásico con un Tom Cruise que está GENIAL... Una imagen vale más que mil palabras y esta película es claro ejemplo de ello: HAY QUE VERLA, si no, te pierdes algo realmente bueno...
