Synopsis
A man and woman love each other but they are complete opposites. So, despite their strong feelings, they are splitting up in order to rediscover each other. It is what happens to Mary and Adam. But our protagonists are not the usual 20 or 30-year-olds, but 60-somethings. They juggle children, grandchildren, work and friends with their attendant worries and joys. Until the day when Mary and Adam
realize that from now on they belong to the elderly age group, much to their surprise, they react in totally opposite ways. Adam reacts strongly in action and denial. He has a ‘youthism’ crisis. Mary decides to face the situation in doing what she does better: taking care of her husband and her family. But her will to do well is excessive and her ‘preparation to oldness’ frightens her family. Soon, the clash is inevitable. Children, grandchildren, parents and friends are going to try to bring them back together, but finally the life is taking care of it.
