- ‘La Club Virginia’ is a documentary about the 1992 film ‘Club Virginia Orchestra’, starring a dazzling cast with Jorge Sanz, Antonio Resines, Santiago Ramos, Enrique San Francisco, Juan Echanove, Pau Riba and Emma Suárez. ‘La Club Virginia’ is a funny and bitter chronicle of a movie shoot that was riddled with all kinds of problems, both personal and technical, but also a love song to cinema. ‘La Club Virginia’ is a portrait of a director’s failure to manage a project that was beyond him, but also of the unbreakable friendship that was forged among the movie’s cast.
