Mystery. Thriller Grocer's daughter Alice White kills a man in self-defence when he tries to sexually assault her. Her policeman boyfriend covers up for her, but she has been spotted leaving the scene by a petty criminal who tries to blackmail her. Note: The first British sound picture and first film to use dubbing. There is also a silent version of this film.

Una buena película de Alfred Hitchcock en donde el papel de la mujer es muy importante y en donde ocurre un buen giro de guión, digno de uno de los grandes directores que nos ha dejado el cine.
