Otra gran película del gran Capra, esta contiene muchas similitudes con dos de sus películas mas conocidas e importantes, Caballero sin espada y la tan ofrecida por estas fechas Que bello es vivir. La locura del dólar habla sobre la fe en los pequeños, y como suele suceder en todas las películas de Capra, la constante lucha de lo justo contra lo injusto
