Joya perdida del denostado cine español, donde el conseguido ambiente de pueblo sirve de vehículo para una impactante película que, entre niños y guardias civiles, nos presenta la perfecta historia de obsesión adolescente que ya hubiesen querido Nabokov y Kubrick para sus aburridas Lolitas.
