Puccini escribió el primer western de la historia y cada vez que aparece un Shane no hay más que remitirse a la opera, es difícil hacer una película sabiendo todo el tiempo que va a suceder en el próximo fotograma, bailando al filo de lo antinatural cada puesta de escena de este metraje es perfecto,
