Con Jarmush hemos topado. Una película del oeste realizada por el rey del cine independiente tenía que ser, por lo menos, diferente. Si John Wayne levantará la cabeza iba a llover plomo. El principio de Dead Man es dinámico e intenso; hasta que Johnny Deep pasa de contable a fugitivo, momento en que el western pasa a ser algo más metafísico, algo más… algo más Jarmush. La banda sonora original, de Neil Young, mola mucho.
