The Soul of the Cypress (S)

Fantasy The first of three "Visual Symphonies" that combine film, dance and music. Set on the Californian coast dotted with wind swept cypresses the film tells the story of a young musician who falls in love with a captive Dryad, freed from one of the Cypress trees as he plays his music. Inspired by Claude Debussy's 'Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun'.
