After overcoming the problems caused by his small stature and surviving the rigors of basic training, Porky gets his first assignment, as a janitor for the experimental "robot plane." When a boy standing in front of the command microphone for the robot plane starts to show off the tricks his dog can do, Porky's wild ride begins...
