Documentary Enrique was separated from his mother at birth and Ascensión was forced to hand over her daughter after giving birth to her. Both are victims of the “stolen children” conspiracy; a slippery slope for the Spanish government. Whilst they continue their legal battle, they’ll continue with their searches and live alongside blame, rejection, and the construction of their own identities.
