- Synopsis
- Anna and Filip are a humble couple struggling to get by in the early nineteenth-century in Poland. Luck is on Filip's side when he was appointed director of a sugar factory. The couple soon will be able to fulfill the dream of making a trip to the countryside. (Sometimes they imagine this trip by seeing a picture setting that decorates one of their rooms). Anna gives her husband a vest made ​​by herself. Hours pass and Filip starts having hemoptysis. The doctor discovers he has tuberculosis and Anna realizes that her husband is becoming thinner.
