Synopsis

Detective Carly Segan (Tracey Gold) has come a long way since growing up at Safe Harbor, a foster home for abused children, and this top cop finally thinks she's left her past behind her — until she's assigned to track down a serial killer whose victims all seem to have one thing in common: They were once residents of Safe Harbor. Now Carly will be forced to deal with her inner demons in order to find the brutal murderer before he strikes again.
