Synopsis: According to the scientists, our fish stocks are in serious decline. If the 30 countries that control more than 90% of the fish caught in the world approved effective management measures to stop overfishing, limit incidental bycatch and protect habitats, there would be enough fish to provide nutritious daily food for a 1,000 million people. Oceana and its spokespeople lend their voices to these – and many other – proposals to save the oceans and feed humanity.
