- Synopsis
- In the northern mountains of Oaxaca, the priest known as Gerardo Silvestre sexually abused dozens of indigenous children on many occasions, evading prosecution for several years, until he was finally apprehended in 2013. After an investigation was conducted, his atrocities were revealed in full detail, as well as the cover-up by the ecclesiastical authorities and the reprisals suffered by those who denounced his actions, finally bringing him to trial in 2017, where he was found guilty as charged.
