- Series divided into 2 parts. The first one is a remake of Captain Tsubasa and the second tells the adventures of Oliver and the others 2 years after the last championship in Japan. Oliver is in Brazil (Sao Paulo) and wins the Brazilian league against his rival Carlos Santana. Moreover, in Japan, Nankatsu and Toho Nankatsu remain the two best teams with Mark and Tom as captains. Meanwhile in Italy, a young Japanese player named Aoi Shingo (Terry), manages to hold on the youth team Inter Milan. Everyone was ready for the playoffs U-20 World Cup, but the Japanese coach, Carter, would take ownership of players like Mark, Tom, the Derrick twins ... (but with the intention of motivating them to excel themselves). Difficulties get going overcoming obstacles such as the strong Thailand team. The return of the 7 discarded, along with Oliver, Benji and Terry suggest that Japan may be classified and even win the World Cup. Series of 47 episodes.
