Synopsis
After being reassigned from Hawaii to an isolated Alabama military base, the Marshalls face mounting personal and professional challenges. Army nuclear engineer Hank Marshall is passionate about developing safer underground nuclear testing methods, advocating for an initiative called "Blue Sky" that challenges military bureaucracy. Meanwhile, his wife Carly, a free-spirited and mentally unstable woman, struggles with domestic life and begins to attract unwanted attention from base leadership.
