- Synopsis
- The cigarettes in a ONE RED pack form a platoon of soldiers facing a suicidal mission given their fungible nature. The goal is for one of them to become the 'best cigarette', but... which is the 'best cigarette'? Sergeant Smoke, the leader of this platoon, a tough and experienced guy, and the rookie recruit, the most rookie in the history of cinema, will develop a special relationship (father-son, master-disciple...) until the end of the film. Parallel to the story of the protagonists - the sergeant, the recruit and his companions - the film shows moments from the lives of other characters, the smokers through whose hands the pack of cigarettes passes during the 24 hours of existence of these cigarettes.
