Está claro que de Niro decidió hace tiempo tirar sus carrera por el retrete.
Y "Showtime" no es más que otro clavo en el ataúd: una película tonta, nada divertida (ni las tomas falsas de los créditos tienen gracia), formularia y poco inspirada en la que además aparece un Eddie Murphy que interpreta en piloto automático.
En resumen: un film para ver los domingos a mediodía. Material mediocre.
