The story concerns Selma (Björk), a Czech immigrant living in 1964 Washington State with her 12-year-old son, Gene (Vladan Kostic). Esta película está tan bien hecha que mientras la veía no existían más mundos, más vidas que las que tenía delante de mis ojos. Es enormemente dura y Bjork borda a la protagonista. Nunca podré olvidar esta película porque me ha marcado especialmente.
