Durante la década de los setenta y el inicio de los ochenta, esta serie significaba una nota fresca aunque no exenta de la moralina imperante en el momento. Divertida, coral y desenfadada, era de lo mejor que podía verse en televisión. Los personajes bien definidos resultaban previsibles, pero agradaban tal vez por esa misma ausencia de sorpresa.
