The continuing story of the Crawley family, wealthy owners of a large estate in the English countryside in the early 20th century. The story set in 1927 sees the Royal Family, King George (Simon Jones) and Queen Mary (Geraldine James) set to visit the humble Downton Abbey. Tengo que advertir que no he visto la serie y que me encantan este tipo de películas, siempre que estén bien hechas.
Así que salí encantado.
Destaco el ritmo narrativo, soberbio, impecable, la perfección de las imágenes, la interpretación de un amplísimo elenco, perfectamente conjuntado.
Combina bien diversas historias y la hace más interesante todavía el excelente humor inglés.
Sólo un pero "gordo" en spoiler
Así que salí encantado.
