He aquí la tercer película de Clouzot que veo después de "las diabólicas", y el salario del miedo, la primera utilizada como "ejemplo" en la bibliografía acerca del "acoso moral" en los distintos ambientes en que se mueve un ser humano, el familiar, el laboral (mobing), etc. Desconozco si el guionista y director era un perceptivo en estas temáticas, pero revelan con increíble actualidad las distintas circustancias que hoy día en el siglo XXl configuran figuras delictivas y con agravantes en la condenabilidad como podría ser el femicidio o la violencia doméstica.
