Terror del bueno, del de verdad, del que no estamos acostumbrados a ver últimamente. Buenas interpretaciones de Gregory Peck, Lee Remick, el niño y sobre todo de la niñera diabólica, que es lo más terrorífico de la película. Más que merecido Oscar a la banda sonora de Jerry Goldsmith: te pone los pelos de punta.
