Una historia muy interesante, pero un guión no muy trabajado, hacen de City Hall una película que se queda entre lo que pudo ser y no fue. El reparto magnifico con grandes actuaciones de John Cusack, Bridget Fonda y Al Pacino que son las que hacen reflotar la película.

Se lleva un 6.
