Thriller. Action
They were six strangers, assembled to pull off the perfect crime. Hired by mob boss Joe Cabot and given fake names so no one could identify the others, they thought there was no way their heist could fail. But they are ambushed by the police, so they have to go back to their rendezvous point.

Esta es una película sin mucha historia. Va de un atraco a una joyeria que sale mal.
La verdad es que podría haber durado media hora incluso mostrando alguna escena del atraco (porque no se ve ninguna). Pero se alarga innecesariamente con diálogos estúpidos sobre canciones o sobre dejar propinas y con escenas (muchas de ellas violentas) que no aportan nada a la historia. Por cierto, no sé por qué a la gente le gusta tanto ver esos diálogos en una película, a mi me desesperan. Para eso voy al metro y me pongo a oir las conversaciones de la gente.
Para mí es una película simple y vacía llena de paja para rellenar y con muchas escenas y situaciones incomprensibles que detallo en el spoiler.

No entiendo la relación de fidelidad entre el personaje de Harvey Keitel y el infiltrado. He leido por ahí que se debe a que eran gays pero tampoco me pareció. En teoría no se conocían de nada y no tenían por qué saber nada el uno del otro. En un primer momento pensé que el infiltrado recibió el disparo intentando ayudar al personaje de Harvey pero se ve que no es así. No sé.... para ser un criminal, no entiendo esa fidelidad por un tio que ni conoce.
No entiendo a que viene la escena de la tortura al policía. No aporta nada a la película. Si en vez de eso, coge a un gato y le hace lo mismo o sacan un combate de Chuck Norris la película seguiría siendo igual. Es violencia gratuita para rellenar.
No sé si el director pretendía que conociéramos mejor a los personajes con los saltos en el tiempo, pero no es el caso. Esas escenas se convierten en un sopor.
¿Cómo descubre la policía donde estaba el almacén? ¿Por que no se fueron como decía el personaje de Steve Buscemi (el único creible de la película)?
De qué muere el personaje de Quentin Tarantino?? Sangre en los ojos??
Por cierto, la operación policial de cine. Todos muertos, rehenes, policías, todos. Muy bien organizada, alguno ascenderá a comisario.
