The scene opens in an artist's studio where the unfinished statue of William Tell stands upon a pedestal. A clown appears and sticks a clay arm and clay head on the statue, thus completing it. He places a large brick on top of the head to make it stick. Ya pasado pocos años de sus primeros inicios en el cine, en esta película de 1 minuto, sigue utilizando las mismas técnicas: humor y corte como efecto especial. Desgraciadamente, por el tipo de truco (cambiar muñeco con persona) el cambio se nota mucho, aunque supongo que ya lo sabían y hacen que después del cambio haya mucha acción para evitar que se note.
Sí que hay mucha violencia en este corto, pero quizás quieran exagerar la comedia y aprovechan el cambio de "persona-muñeco" para crear más acción.
