Simpática crítica a la "burrocracia" cubana, y elogio a la humanidad y al saberse buscar la vida en un país lastrado por el boicot americano y que sale adelante por el ingenio cubano.
Hay guión, las historias se mezclan bien, con sentido y el resultado es una película entretenida y agradable de ver y seguramente hecha con muy pocos medios.
