"Jumanji" es una película más inteligente de lo que pensamos. Si no conoces su argumento, creerás que pertenece al género de terror por presentarnos este juego como extraño, maldito y que oculta peligros insospechados. Sin embargo, a medida que se desarrolla la historia propuesta, descubrimos que se trata de un muy recomendable título para toda la familia, divertido y entretenido. Los efectos especiales están bastante logrados, aunque quizá Robin Williams actúe como casi siempre de manera un tanto histriónica. Por el contrario, en "Jumanji" podemos descubrir a una ya adolescente Kirsten Dunst que ya despuntaba como una jovencita atractiva y con talento.
No sé, tal vez es que guardo muy buen recuerdo de cuando la vi en el cine con 16 años, pero a mí "Jumanji" me gusta (aunque no echaría una partida).

Lo que más me desilusionó fue comprobar que el cazador de safaris está interpretado por el mismo actor que da vida al padre de Alan Parrish (creo que se llama Jonathan Hyde).
