Mystery. Thriller
Grocer's daughter Alice White kills a man in self-defence when he tries to sexually assault her. Her policeman boyfriend covers up for her, but she has been spotted leaving the scene by a petty criminal who tries to blackmail her. Note: The first British sound picture and first film to use dubbing. There is also a silent version of this film.

Ya tenía ganas yo de ver un film clásico, y este me ha dejado satisfecho al no dejar de provocarme momento tras momento un estado de atención muy despierta, pues es intrigante además de cabalgar intensamente por la mente que se crispa y no puede dejar de asombrarse.
