Drama. Comedy. Una comedia notable integrada en un contexto prebélico. Sin duda, un planteamiento curioso. Jean Renoir retrata la aristocracia francesa y la “machaca” con una crítica sublime. La Regla del Juego es una sátira para comprender el cine como arma de doble filo en periodo en que la censura era de lo más habitual -de hecho, gran parte de este título se perdió durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial-. Renoir está muy bien como director y divertidísimo como actor.
