La segunda parte de la serie del señor de los anillos llega a su parte más comercial, más acción, más humor pero menos emoción o drama que refleja la primera o la tercera. Es bastante recomendable de verse en pantalla grande por a) Bellos escenarios b) La mamachita de Arwen c) Gollum d) Treebeard o Bárbol e) La batalla de helms deep.
