It is a gastronomic journey through several regions of Mexico, sometimes with Diana Kennedy, sometimes with Abigail Mendoza, meeting men and women who continue the traditions that shape Mexican culture in an effort to preserve and promote these unquestionable values that are essential to our heritage.
