- Synopsis
- Marco Pressi is the perfect motivational speaker for an international tech company. Office camaraderie takes a nose-dive when a French conglomerate moves in, dangling a hefty raise, plus benefits, before Marco's eyes, if he fires 25 people within two months. However, Italian labor laws make it extremely difficult to fire people, so Marco's task requires the combined skills of diplomat and psychologist to persuade staffers to accept layoff packages.
